Here are some common questions and statements we receive from our clients:

“My employer has made deductions from my pay. Is this permitted?”

“I have been disciplined but I have done nothing wrong”

“My manager is making my life at work hell. What can I do?”

“I think I am being treated differently because of my illness”

“I need to change my working hours to accommodate my children but my employer is not interested in helping me”

“I have been offered a settlement agreement. What do I need to do now?”

“I have just recovered from an operation and am planning to go back to work but I don’t think I can go back full-time just yet”

“I am being made redundant but I think the redundancy process is a farce”

“I have been unfairly dismissed”

“The company I work for has been sold. I have been dismissed as the buyer does not want to continue employing me”

“I feel that I have no other option but to resign”

“I want to bring an employment claim but have to go through ACAS early conciliation first. How does this work?”

All of these questions and statements touch and concern important employment law issues. We will give you the confidence you need to deal with these issues or alternatively, take all of the pressure off you and deal with them on your behalf.
