Initial Consultations for £75 plus VAT
We offer an initial fixed fee consultation meeting for 30-45 minutes with a specialist family law solicitor at £75 plus VAT. We will be able to provide you with clear and useful advice in relation to the law, procedure and the options available to you. We can also discuss fees and costs at the initial meeting so you can budget accordingly from the outset. If you instruct us to act for you following a consultation meeting, we will discount your fixed fee matter or your first hourly rate bill by £75 plus VAT so that the consultation is free for clients who go on to instruct us. - A Non-Molestation Order – this is an order which prevents the abuser from being violent or threatening violence against you or your children. It also includes intimidation, harassment, or pestering. A breach of a Non-Molestation Order is a criminal offence. Those guilty of breaching such an order can be imprisoned, fined or both.
- An Occupation Order – this is an order which indicates who can live in the family home and can direct another person to leave the home.
